Establecimiento Florida 365 is Grupo Saturno's own slaughter plant, acquired in 2025 and reopened in March 2026. With active approvals to export to China, the United States and the European Union, it is the link that completes the group's vertical integration: from field to the world, without intermediaries.

How we work
One supplier.
The entire chain.
Our cattle graze on our own fields in Uruguay. Processing, deboning and vacuum packing happen at our industrial plant. We coordinate distribution ourselves. The importer does not negotiate with a trader — they negotiate directly with the people who have known the animal since birth.
That is what vertical integration means in practice. Not as a marketing concept, but as something that changes the price, the control and the traceability of every kilo that leaves our plants.
